OTO Fertility is a medical-grade fertility monitoring system that combines a wearable biosensor with advanced data analytics to provide personalized insights into your body’s readiness for conception, emphasizing stress and physiological regulation as key factors in fertility success. The tracker was designed in collaboration with Kallan & Co.

By designing hardware, software, and brand in parallel, we created a cohesive product experience where every interaction - from touching the device, to viewing metrics in the app, to reading notifications - speaks the same visual and behavioral language.

This approach ensures that the physical and digital layers reinforce each other, rather than feeling disjointed. Users experience the product as a single, unified system, not as separate components bolted together. Beyond aesthetics, this integrated method improves usability, trust, and adoption, making technology approachable and intuitive from the first interaction.

The result is a wearable ecosystem that is holistic, elegant, and immediately recognizable, where the product’s physical presence and digital interface feel inseparable, delivering a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
